Guoren P&C is a national insurance company established in 2009. It has outlets in all the key economic regions in China. The company has 26 secondary institutions and more than 200 tertiary and fourth institutions in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu and other provinces (cities and districts).     As the core process of auto insurance claims, the assessment and verification of vehicle damage and physical injuries have high requirements on efficiency and accuracy. In the traditional claims process, the damage assessment and verification are often interfered by the low speed of case information flow, the complexity of the case and human factors, resulting in low efficiency and high claims costs. The smart car damage assessment product created by OneConnect has complete data, process standards, and rule control. It is a powerful tool to help insurance companies reduce claims and losses. At present, the Guoren P&C smart car damage assessment product has been launched. Since its launch, the data integrity and update timeliness of Guoren P&C passenger vehicle parts have been improved. In addition, more efforts have been made in compensation reduction as the parts price control rules, repair shop rules and the anti-leakage rules are built into the system. Physical injury assessment products are also under development, and subsequent use will further empower claims reduction.
